## Response Templates
### Template 1: Redirect to Existing Solution
"Thank you for sharing this feedback. I understand you're trying to [underlying goal]. Currently, you can achieve [similar outcome] by [existing workaround or feature]. Would you like me to walk you through that approach?"
### Template 2: Acknowledge + Explain Priority
"This is a great idea, and I can see how it would help with [their use case]. Right now, our roadmap is focused on [current priority] because [data-driven reason]. I've added your request to our feedback tracker — it helps us prioritize when we see patterns across customers."
### Template 3: Future Consideration

### Template 4: Strategic No (for executives)
